Just wanted to upload a quick photo, on my very neglected blog, so that I could share with her Mamma.  I got to spend a part of the morning with this gorgeous little girl.  We worked quick, to get lots of smiles.  How adorable is she!?  Lots more to come....

I love snow pictures.  I prefer the ones when it is still snowing, but the snow seems to come the middle of the night here lately.  Talked my little girl into heading out for some pictures while the snow was still covering all the trees.   Then I was reminded very quickly how sensitive Lauren's eyes are.  Very bright blue, very beautiful, very very sensitive.  I think we got one shot were she wasnt' covering her eyes or actually had them open! 

 

Never the less, it was beautiful out this morning.  And here are a few shots.

 

 

"Mom, I can't open my eyes"

"Mom, it's too bright!" 

"Maybe over there it won't be so bright!?" 

Got one!  both eyes open!!

I can't believe I just took Ava's 6 months pictures.  Seems like she was just born and I was in her Grandma's kitchen doing her newborn photos!!  So I met Ava and her Mom at a park, picked one spot to set up for the whole shoot and hoped and prayed that Ava would like me this time!!  She did!!  Got some adorable shots of little Miss "A" for her 1/2 year Bday....  Here are just a few.  Starting with my favorite!

I don't know if I've ever mentioned how much I love love love Lightroom.  I use it for probably 95% of my editing.  Just wanted to share a before and after.  This was edited 100% in Lightroom.

Ava Part 2 ~ Lancaster County Childrens Photographer

So part 2 of Ava's shoot went slightly better than our first try.  Ava's Mom brought her to my house for the shoot since it was raining...no pouring out and the park we had chosen for the pictures was out of the question.  Ava was still not happy with me, but between cries and pouts and screams, we did get quite a good few shots.  3 months old are hard!!  (my 11 year old was there and was a big help in getting Ava's attention.  She loved staring at him!)

I'm a little behind posting on my blog.  so I wanted to play catch up and post a few pictures from a few weeks ago.  I was back and forth with this little guys Mom for a few months before I finally got to meet him and take his 2 year portraits.  How cute is he!?  He made me work for these shots haha...  But it was fun.
